How it works

Scan & Visit

  • Use the QR code on the flyer to visit our website.

Subscribe

  • Click the Subscribe tab and enter your details.

  • You will receive an email from us within 1-3 working days with the invoice attached.

Payment

  • We only accept payments through PayFast; other methods, such as cash on delivery, are not accepted.

  • The subscription fee is a non-refundable, one-time payment that covers:

  • Your first month’s water supply (10L or 20L delivered weekly)

  • A reusable water bottle

Delivery & Exchange

  • On each delivery day, place your empty bottle outside your door in the morning.

  • We will replace it with a freshly refilled bottle and collect the empty one.

  • Important: If the empty bottle is not available, we cannot deliver a new one.

Recurring Billing

  • After the initial month, you will be automatically charged monthly through PayFast for continued service.

  • Ensure your payment details are up-to-date to avoid service interruptions.

Cancel Anytime

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.

  • Please note that the initial subscription fee is non-refundable.
