Welcome to our FAQ section. Here you can find answers to common questions about our water testing services. If you have a question that is not listed here, feel free to reach out to us. We are here to help you understand the importance of water quality testing and how it can benefit you and your family.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website or by contacting our customer support team.
  • How often will water be delivered to me?
    We deliver to you once a week. You can also schedule extra deliveries if you need additional water or other products by logging into your online account. Outside scheduled deliveries will be confirmed by our customer service representative
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We exclusively accept payments through PayFast. Other payment methods, such as cash on delivery, are not accepted.
  • How do I subscribe to the water delivery service?
    To subscribe, scan the QR code on our flyer to visit our website. Click on the Subscribe tab, enter your details, and submit the form. You will receive an email with an invoice within 1-3 working days.
  • What happens if I don't need water on my regular delivery day?
    us of your preference and specify the duration for which you wish to pause deliveries. If we do not receive prior notice, we will proceed with the delivery as planned. In such cases, you can still leave your bottle outside, even if it contains water, and we will replace it with a new one. However, if the bottle is not left outside and we have not been notified to skip the delivery, the scheduled delivery will still count towards your subscription.
  • How does the delivery and exchange process work?
    On each scheduled delivery day, place your empty bottle outside your door in the morning. We will replace it with a freshly refilled 10L or 20L bottle and collect the empty one. If the empty bottle is not available, we cannot deliver a new one.
  • Is the subscription fee refundable?
    No, the subscription fee is a non-refundable, one-time payment that covers your first month’s water supply and a reusable water bottle.
